EXTRACURRICULAR

CPRS OFFERS THE FOLLOWING EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

Drama is open to middle school and high school students. Those interested in participating in the spring play, a part of the annual Restoration Celebration Dinner Theater, may audition in late winter. The play is performed over the first weekend of the spring Conference of Restoration Elders. Students who would like to be involved but do not wish to perform may assist in the behind-the-scenes work, such as lighting or technical crew.

Instrumental Music is for students who already have a basic knowledge of music, and a desire to play. Arrangements may be made for the loan of instruments to those students who not own one themselves. The group rehearses every Wednesday after school, and performs for various school functions such as the Christmas Program and Spring Concert
.
Student Government is for middle school and high school students. Each group elects Student Council officers. Each grade elects class officers and Student Council representatives. These students provide leadership roles in various areas of school life, such as student activities, class projects, fund raising, etc.

Zion’s Ambassadors for Christ is comprised of middle school and high school students. They meet every Wednesday after school. The purpose of ZAC is to spiritually strengthen and uplift our students, and help them develop the leadership and planning skills to be useful in church work. Students are involved in planning and preparing for our annual Spiritual Revival Day, and they also take witnessing trips to various outlying churches during the year.
