All young ladies (CPRS students or guests) attending the Senior Banquet
must have their dressed checked and approved by the dress code committee.
The remaining dates for dress checks are March 2, 3, 9, and 11. All checks
are done by appointment; students may sign up for an appointment time on
the sheet outside Mrs. Anderson's classroom. The dress must be worn for
the committee to determine whether it meets the requirements. Those
students who are bringing a female guest outside CPRS should act as
go-between to coordinate an appointment.

There will be two regular Casual Dress Days in March. The first is on
Friday, March 5 and is sponsored by the middle school yearbook staff to
help reduce the individual cost of their yearbooks. The second is on
Friday, March 19 and is sponsored by the 9th grade class to raise funds.
Those wishing to participate must pay in advance in the cafeteria at lunch
during the week of the CDD. The cost is $1 for elementary students and $2
for all other students and adults.

The 8th graders will be traveling to see the Steamboat Arabia Museum on
Thursday, March 11, leaving at 9:10 a.m. and returning about 3:20 p.m. All
students must submit in advance their signed parent permission form and
fee.

Elementary students who participated in the Pledges for Pages program will
be allowed to participate in a Casual Dress Day on Friday, March 12.
Regular extracurricular dress code is required.

The 5th grade class will be going to the Gem Show on Friday, March 12 from
8:30-12:30. All students must submit in advance their signed parent
permission form and fee.

The CPRS Chamber Choir will hold a Pops Concert on Saturday, March 13 at
7:00 p.m. Tickets are $6 per person and may be purchased at the door or
from any Chamber Choir member.

There will be no school on Monday, March 15.

We will have spring pictures again this year, on Tuesday, March 23.
Students may wear casual dress on this day. Regular extracurricular dress
code applies. The school receives money for each photograph taken, so all
students will have their pictures taken whether they plan to order or not.

Information on tux rental and corsages for Senior Banquet will be available
after school in the foyer on Tuesday and Wednesday, March 23 and 24 for
those who are interested.

Elementary spring parties will be held in the classrooms on Friday, March
26 at the end of the day. Those who are interested in assisting should
check with their child's homeroom mom.

The ZAC club will be hosting a fund raiser dinner at CPRS on Saturday,
March 27 at 6:00 p.m. It is preferred that tickets be purchased in
advance, but a limited number will be available at the door. The cost is
$7.50 per person or $25 per family (immediate family only, please). Fun
family game activities are also planned.

The annual CPRS spring drama this year is entitled "The Legacy," and will
be presented on Friday and Saturday, April 2 and 3. It is an original
story of a young woman who experiences a crisis in faith and finds strength
in the stories from her great grandmother's journal. Tickets for the
dinner AND play must be purchased in advance at the school office, at a
cost of $12; tickets for the play only may be purchased in advance or at
the door, at a cost of $6. The dinner seating begins at 5:00, and the play
begins at 7:00. We urge everyone to come support our CPRS students!
