All are invited to attend the public sessions of our regular Board meetings
on the third Monday of every month, at 7:00 p.m. in the Staff Lounge.

Graduation information sheets must be completed by the seniors and returned
to the school office no later than Monday, May 7.

Graduation rehearsals is MANDATORY, and is scheduled for Tuesday, May 22 at
10:30 a.m. in the school auditorium.

Baccalaureate is Thursday, May 24 at 7:00 p.m. Members of the Class of
2012 need to be in the Sorensen Room no later than 6:30 p.m. for a group
photo and final instructions.

Commencement is Saturday, May 26 at 3:00 p.m. Members of the Class of 2012
need to be in the Sorensen Room no later than 2:30 p.m. for a group photo
and final instructions.

Current CPRS students may be re-enrolled at this time.

Open enrollment for the general public will begin on Monday, May 14.

The 4th graders will be taking an Independence history tour on Monday, May
21. Parent permission forms must be signed and returned in advance.

The junior class trip will be Tuesday, May 22 through Thursday, May 24.

The sophomore class trip will be Wednesday, May 23 and Thursday, May 24.

The freshman class trip will be Thursday, May 24.

Kindergarten will have their graduation ceremony in the auditorium on
Thursday, May 24 at 8:35 a.m. It will be followed by a reception in the
Sorensen Room.

Elementary students will have their annual Field Day here at school on
Thursday, May 24.

End of the year parties will be in the classrooms that afternoon.

Members of the junior and senior classes will join for their annual
breakfast on Tuesday, May 22. It will be held at South Crysler Restoration
Branch at 8:30 a.m.

The middle school will celebrate the end of the school year with fun and
fellowship activities.

6th and 7th graders will bring a sack lunch and will go to McCoy Park for
the afternoon.

8th graders will eat lunch out and then join the other middle schoolers at
the park.

The final day of classes for the 2011-2012 school year will be on Friday,
May 25. We will dismiss at noon. No lunch will be served.

The final report cards of the year will be mailed home during the week of
May 28-June 1.
